We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a busy real estate professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in managing social media, content creation, administrative tasks, and client communications. Familiarity with Toronto’s real estate market and experience with eXp Realty are considered a bonus.
1. Social Media Management
• Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and Google My Business to drive traffic and attract leads.
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools for posting across platforms.
• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns tailored to the real estate market.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
2. Marketing & Design
• Design and create visually appealing flyers for farming and advertising campaigns.
• Develop signage for open houses, listings, and other promotional events.
• Craft compelling blog posts for Google My Business and newsletters.
3. Real Estate-Specific Tasks
• Draft and write real estate offers with a thorough understanding of local regulations and compliance.
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling with clients, vendors, and tea
• Support lead generation and follow-up processes using KVCore, Follow Up Boss, and Lofty.
4. Administrative Support
• Maintain and organize files, passwords, and data securely using LastPass.
• Update and optimize Google My Business Page regularly for maximum visibility.
• Create and send newsletters to clients and leads, ensuring consistent branding and valuable content.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with eXp Realty, particularly within the Toronto, Canada real estate market, is a bonus.
• Proficiency in tools such as KVCore, CapCut, Lofty, Follow Up Boss, Google My Business, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong writing and editing skills for crafting blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in drafting offers and managing schedules.
• A creative mindset for social media and marketing campaigns.
