Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer support and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
-Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
-Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
-Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
