Key Responsibilities:
1. Ad Campaign Development & Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize high-performing Facebook Lead Ad campaigns that generate quality leads.
• Collaborate with the team to design creative ad copy and visuals aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring a high ROI.
2. Performance Analysis:
• Analyze key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
3. Documentation of Success:
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successful Facebook Lead Ad campaigns.
• Provide case studies or examples showcasing your ability to drive leads and achieve campaign objectives.
4. Process Development:
• Develop and document a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for creating, launching, and managing Facebook Lead Ads.
• Include step-by-step guidelines, tools, and best practices to replicate success in future campaigns.
5. Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on Facebook advertising trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Compliance and Optimization:
• Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook advertising policies.
• Continuously test and optimize ad elements, including audience targeting, creative design, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven Success: Demonstrated history of running Facebook Lead Ads with quantifiable results (e.g., X number of leads at X cost per lead).
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
• Creative Skills: Strong ability to craft compelling ad copy and design visually appealing creatives.
• Process-Oriented: Skilled in creating detailed SOPs for repeatable and scalable campaign processes.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present past successes.

Compensation:
This role offers a results-based compensation structure designed to reward high performance. Compensation will be tied directly to the success of lead generation campaigns, with bonuses for exceeding key performance indicators.
