ABOUT THIS POSITION
As an
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive
- Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase)
- Create and manage segmentation strategies
- Write and optimize
- Design and implement A/B testing programs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Manage list health and deliverability
- Coordinate with creative team for asset production
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in
- Proven track record of driving revenue through
- Strong understanding of marketing automation
- Experience with list segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics
- Excellence in project management and organization
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and integrations
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Klaviyo expertise
- Shopify proficiency
- Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript)
- Google Analytics
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
