Responsibilities:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations for our
Customer Support:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via
- Handling returns, complaints, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
2. Order Management:
- Processing and sending purchase orders to our suppliers.
- Monitoring order statuses and ensuring timely deliveries.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and operations.
- Organizing invoices and managing data entry tasks.
4. Product Analysis and Research:
- Analyzing product performance and sales trends.
- Researching potential new products and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Experienced in customer support and administrative tasks.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (experience with Amazon or similar platforms is a plus).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with tools like Chatgpt, Excel, Word, canva, etc.
