Overview:
Starway Roof Systems is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support Elmer, the CEO. In this role, you’ll manage his calendar, handle
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar &
Maintain and optimize Elmer's calendar, coordinating meetings and events.
Prioritize and manage
Convert actionable
Social Media Management:
Manage and update Starway Roof System’s social media accounts
Develop and execute a content calendar, write posts, and engage with the audience.
Monitor trends and track engagement metrics to inform social media strategy.
General Administrative Support:
Handle research, prepare reports, and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong social media skills and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English writing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in
Graphic design experience in Canva is a plus.
