Amazon Manager | High Responsibility | Full Time | Work Daytime Philippines Time | Long Term Position

I am the owner of an e-commerce electronics company called Ascrono. We design, develop & sell consumer electronics worldwide, targeting mostly Apple customers.

We are a premium brand and are growing very quickly.

Currently, we are building a top team with some of the best people in their fields and I am looking for an Amazon Manager to join us in our mission to create some of the best consumer products in the world.

I am looking for someone ambitious who can take on challenging projects and deliver results fast and effectively. Being flexible and able to work on different types of projects will also be crucial.

We are a small team that packs a punch. By building good structures and processes, we reduce the daily legwork and run a very lean business.

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, intelligent, and willing to learn new things.

This is a long-term position. We prefer to keep whoever we hire on board for years to come with the option to take on more responsibility over time and also earn more in the future!

For this position the work hours are flexible and you will be able to work daytime hours in the Philippines (no night shift, yay!)

This is also a full-time role, and you should be available to work 40 hours per week and have no other commitments or side jobs.

This position will have the following responsibilities (you don't need experience in all of the areas, but please mention in your application if you have experience in either of them and describe your experience):

Amazon Account Management
Upload products to Amazon and manage listings by coordinating with Seller Support, PPC agency, and graphic designers.
Participate in team meetings to plan and discuss current issues, new projects and initiatives.

Compliance & Data Entry
Ensure compliance across Amazon marketplaces based on Amazon's requirements (usually notified via email of changing requirements)
Run a reimbursement process to reclaim funds from Amazon.

Inventory Replenishment
Replenish inventory from warehouses to Amazon on a weekly basis with a pre-defined process & system
