I built Terra Keycaps as a passion project because I love mechanical keyboards. Over time, it turned into a brand that makes money, but my focus has shifted to another e-commerce brand that now takes most of my time.

I’m looking for someone to take over managing Terra Keycaps and help it grow even further. This is your chance to work directly with me, learning everything I know about running an e-commerce brand. I’ll support you every step of the way—covering all expenses, providing guidance, and connecting you with freelancers for anything outside your skill set.

If you’ve ever wanted to run your own brand but haven’t had the chance or resources to start, this is the perfect opportunity.

You’ll be the main person behind Terra Keycaps, coming up with creative ideas to grow the brand. Some of the things you’ll be responsible for include:
• Managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Posting weekly on Reddit to engage with the keyboard community
• Managing our Discord server
• Creating email marketing campaigns
• Reaching out to other brands for collaborations
• Planning marketing strategies and creating a sales calendar
• Running influencer marketing campaigns
• Suggesting website optimizations (I’ll handle the dev work)
• Anything else you think can help grow the brand and generate revenue

What I’m Looking For:
• You love mechanical keyboards. This is non-negotiable. You need to understand the community and be excited about it.
• You’re creative and business-minded. I need someone who can think outside the box and come up with strategies to grow the brand.
• You can communicate clearly. Your Loom video’s webcam and mic quality will matter because communication between us is crucial.
• You’re ready to take ownership. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build something under my mentorship and with my full support.
