We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Professional to join our growing online retail company. In this role, you will work directly with our directors, playing a crucial part in our success by developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms, and making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage project plans, timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate work with internal teams and external contractors.
Identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks
Create and implement automations and systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
Excellent Work Ethic: Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.
Project Completion: Focused on successfully delivering projects to completion on time and with quality.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing challenges and finding effective solutions.

Compensation / Terms: $ 800 - $1200 per month.

Terms:
M-F, weekends off.
Permanent Remote.
Attendance Bonus.
Performance Bonus.
13th Salary (after completing one year).
Paid Christmas, NY, Easter Off + 5 Days PTO.
