Job Description
We are looking for a Brand and Amazon Manager to lead and execute our online brand strategy, manage our Amazon storefront, and optimize e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon Seller Central and expertise in driving brand growth through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Store Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon storefront, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for maximum discoverability and conversion.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high ratings and resolution of customer issues.
Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
Implement Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and optimize for ROI.
Brand Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across e-commerce channels.
Monitor market trends and competitors to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, promotions, and branding campaigns.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all online platforms.
E-Commerce Management
Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory management and fulfillment.
Set and track sales targets, identifying and implementing strategies to achieve them.
Develop and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
Proven experience managing an Amazon storefront or similar e-commerce platform.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and analytics.
Experience with inventory management, pricing strategies, and fulfillment workflows.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience working with health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and influencer partnerships.
Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon-specific software.
