???? About the Role:
This is a remote position for candidates based in the Philippines. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks related to credit and insurance services. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality results and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
? Responsibilities:
• Sending
• Taking calls, if needed, to assist clients or follow up on inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Assisting with payment processing (e.g.,
• Sending payment reminders to clients.
• Collecting and organizing personal information for insurance quotes.
• Understanding credit concepts to provide basic client assistance.
• General admin tasks like data entry, organizing files, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
???? Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
• Familiarity with credit and/or insurance services (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in using
• Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Available to work within US business hours (adjusted for Philippine time).
