**HR/Trainer - Credit Repair**

**Job Description**

Upper Echelon Capital LLC is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR/Trainer to oversee our hiring and training processes for credit repair employees. This role is crucial in ensuring we maintain a high-performing team of credit repair disputers and customer service agents.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Hiring:**
* Source and screen potential candidates for credit repair disputer and customer service agent positions.
* Conduct group Zoom interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
* Select and hire top-performing candidates.

* **Training:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to teach credit disputing methods, company policies, and customer service standards.
* Conduct group training sessions and one-on-one coaching to ensure knowledge retention and skill development.
* Monitor new hires' performance and provide ongoing support and feedback.
* Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.

* **Administrative Tasks:**
* Collect and verify necessary documentation, including Wise/Remitly information for salary disbursement.
* Maintain accurate records of employee training and performance.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in HR, training, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of credit repair principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using Zoom and other relevant software.

**Hours:**

* Part-time, 3 hours daily, Monday-Friday.

**Compensation:**

* $50 USD weekly, plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
