Automation & No-Code Specialist

We're an early stage startup passionate about no-code and AI automations. We're a marketplace that sells AI Automation templates to customers. We're seeking a new team member who is ready to obsess about building no-code and AI automations.

We're looking for a No-Code & AI Automation Specialist to join our team and help build no-code automations for workflows of our internal workflows and help customers troubleshoot their workflows.

About you:
+ You're obsessed with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Flux, Ideogram and how to use the API's
+ You have 2+ years experience with no-code tools like Make.com, N8N and Zapier
+ You are familiar with database tools like Airtable, SmartSuite and Knack

Responsibilities:
+ Help build and optimize our own internal workflows and systems for things like content creation, products, operations, membership, summits, and project management
+ Help troubleshoot and solve errors for both internal systems and our customers
+ Create step-by-step documentation for setting up workflows that we sell to customers
+ Optimizing workflows to find the perfect balance between price, productivity, quality and ease of use.

Skills Required:
+ Proficient with no-code platforms such as Airtable, Make.com and others relevant to workflow automation.
+ Experience with AI API integrations to enhance automation capabilities.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to navigate complex workflow challenges.
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to innovate and implement solutions efficiently.
