Job Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development:
- Develop innovative concepts and designs for various marketing materials.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients and teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback into designs.
Graphic Design:
- Produce high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design cohesive brand identities and maintain consistency across all marketing collateral and digital platforms.
Digital & Multimedia:
- Create engaging digital experiences and multimedia content to support business initiatives.
Marketing Materials:
- Design brochures and other materials aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.



Job Requirements:

Core Expertise:
- Strong background in graphic design, with hands-on experience in creating compelling visual content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Portfolio:
- A diverse portfolio showcasing creative projects and a variety of visual styles.
Design Fundamentals:
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Client Preferences:
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to healthcare is preferred.
- Specialization: Expertise in digital animation is highly preferred.
