Job Requirements:
Sales Experience in B2B: 2.5-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in consumer products, sports equipment, or similar industries.
Persistence and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to persistently follow up and engage potential leads, maintaining a polite but assertive approach in the sales process.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in clear, accent-neutral English, with proven skills in persuasive and confident sales delivery.
Lead Qualification Skills: Ability to qualify and disqualify leads effectively based on specified criteria, reducing time wasted on non-promising leads.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales processes, tracking interactions, and setting reminders for follow-up tasks.
Goal-Driven Attitude: A results-oriented mindset with a keen focus on meeting or exceeding targets, while aligning with the company's mission and customer service standards.
Core responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Conduct lead qualification calls to determine high-quality prospects, focusing on dealers who align with the brands values and capabilities, avoiding drop shipping-only prospects.
Sales Outreach: Perform persistent cold calling and outreach to target dealerships, building relationships and providing product insights to secure new retail partners.
Pipeline Management: Manage a CRM pipeline to track leads through each sales stage, ensuring timely follow-up and strategic outreach to increase conversion rates.
Product Knowledge: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently answer questions, address objections, and present the company's unique value proposition to potential partners.
Sales Closure: Carry leads through the sales process, negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and closing qualified deals directly over the phone where applicable.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular sales updates and market insights to inform overall sales strategies and identify areas for potential improvement in dealer partnerships.
