Job Description:
The Web Developer & HubSpot CRM Specialist will be responsible for designing and maintaining our websites while integrating and optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows. This role focuses on creating user-friendly online experiences and ensuring our CRM system is fully aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development (Elementor & Divi)
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress platforms, particularly Elementor and Divi.
• Customize and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins to meet project specifications.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
HubSpot CRM Management
• Set up and manage HubSpot CRM, including workflows, pipelines, email templates, and marketing automations.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM to streamline lead tracking, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
• Integrate HubSpot with websites and other business tools for seamless data flow.
• Monitor CRM data integrity and troubleshoot issues as needed.
SEO & Analytics
• Perform basic on-page SEO and ensure websites are structured to support SEO best practices.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting tools, making data-driven improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Web Development: Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and Divi; experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• HubSpot CRM: Hands-on experience in setting up and managing HubSpot CRM, including marketing and sales automations.
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data using HubSpot reporting and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
