Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager (GM), ensuring seamless daily operations, effective communication, and coordination across teams. This role requires high levels of organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle phone calls,
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for meetings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Data Management:
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Compile data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
Project Assistance:
Assist in managing special projects and tracking their progress.
Conduct research and provide insights to support GM initiatives.
Communication Liaison:
Point of contact between the GM and staff, clients, and vendors.
Ensure clear and timely communication of GM’s directives and updates.
Operational Support:
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Manage office supplies and other administrative logistics as needed.
