4. Funding Documentation Preparation
- Competence in gathering and organizing required documents (W-2s, pay stubs, bank statements).
- Creating and reviewing fundable profiles for clients.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Managing client interactions and updating their progress using CRM systems.
- Ensuring clients remain informed and engaged throughout the process.

6. Attention to Detail
- Ensuring all client information and documents are accurate and compliant.
- Double-checking funding applications to avoid errors.

7. Problem-Solving Skills
- Addressing client concerns or unexpected issues, such as declined applications or disputes.
- Proactively finding solutions to improve client outcomes.

8. Time Management and Prioritization
- Balancing multiple clients and tasks effectively.
