Ad designer

Need someone to design an ad for a grocery store and to almost use the same design every week but need to change items on specials with changing photos and prices that i will provide for changes and done once a week for example every thursday and make a pdf and sent to me. its more like a long term job..By the way i already have a design that i can share that i would like to use.
