Sales Rep

Job Title: Sales Representative – Nightlife Promotions

Location: Remote (Las Vegas Time Zone, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday - Sunday)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $100/week
• Commission: Earn additional income based on performance

Job Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and sell bottle service packages through text message.
• If a client opts out of bottle service, add them to the guest list to ensure a positive experience.
• Upsell additional services, such as party buses and experiences at partner venues.
• Send follow-up texts to maintain client interest and engagement.
• Organize and document client details and interactions in an organized notes system.
• Provide accurate pricing information when requested.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Management and Operations:

• Address team member questions and provide guidance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with partners to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Prioritize repeat clients, offering them personalized attention to maintain loyalty.
• Update pricing and other relevant information in the company’s chatbot or system.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and close deals.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with nightlife, bottle service, and event promotions is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
