We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant/Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical marketing skills and organizational prowess to execute digital marketing campaigns, manage tasks efficiently, and collaborate with teams. Primary Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Management:
Set up and manage campaigns, automations, and funnels in GoHighLevel.
Monitor and optimize system performance for leads, marketing, and client engagement.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and scheduling
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, meetings, and communications.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Provide support in project coordination and task follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Update and maintain client databases and records.
Team Support:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies.
Provide backup support for various administrative or operational needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in GoHighLevel (required).
Strong knowledge of
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred).
