Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Onboarding Specialist with 6 months of experience in onboarding for US clients in the healthcare industry. The role focuses on ensuring smooth integration processes for new hires while maintaining compliance with industry and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer acceptance, pre-employment checks, and orientation.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless handoffs from hiring to onboarding.
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complies with US labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate orientation schedules, training sessions, and introductions to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance the candidate and client experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in onboarding for US clients, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with onboarding systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of US labor laws and healthcare compliance requirements is a plus.
