Key Objectives

- Manage the full creative process, from scripting to final creative, to deliver assets that drive measurable results.
- Find, manage, and source new content (e.g., UGC) for paid and organic marketing channels.
- Drive performance improvements in key advertising metrics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Script direct response UGC creatives that resonate with cold audiences.
- Use data and metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPC) to iterate and improve creative performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new creative concepts and ideas.
- Conduct customer and competitor research to optimize messaging and creative efforts.
- Provide creative performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Examples of What You’ll Be Doing

- Producing scroll-stopping video ads end-to-end for digital platforms.
- Sourcing and managing budgets for UGC creators and external creative agencies.
- Scripting, planning, and project-managing video and photo ads.
- Conducting competitor and customer research to better tailor creatives to our audience.
- Building repeatable processes to scale creative production and ensure consistency.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- 5+ years in a similar role, with proven experience scaling e-commerce ad campaigns to 7–8 figure revenues.
- Extensive experience with performance marketing on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Skills

- Strong expertise in direct response advertising and converting cold audiences.
- Deep understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC) and how to act on them.
- Proficiency in tools like ClickUp for managing workflows and tracking creative progress.
- Basic psychology-based copywriting skills to craft compelling and high-converting messaging.
