Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Recruiter with 6 months of experience in recruitment for US clients, specifically in the healthcare industry. The role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified talent to meet client staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and screen candidates for healthcare positions based on client requirements.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using job boards, networking, and social media.
Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Coordinate candidate interviews, manage feedback, and oversee the hiring process.
Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and US labor market conditions to inform recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment for US clients, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of healthcare roles and industry-specific hiring practices is a plus.
