Marketing Executive

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Marketing Manager to join our team and help us build and manage the growth of our company digitally.

We’re seeking an individual with extensive experience in social media management, copywriting for posts and blogs, creating eye-catching designs and graphics, WordPress site management, Shopify management and creation, and a solid understanding of Excel for data entry.

This incredible person will also need experience using the Zoho CRM, including Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management across all platforms
- Creative design | Make eye-catching designs on Canva
- Blog and email copy writing and management
- Prepare and analyze reports, providing actionable website and marketing insights
- Managing meta campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Preform advanced formulations and manage data in excel
- Managing Zoho CRM accounts from contacts, books and inventory.
- Google my business posting and management
- Wordpress site management and upkeep

Position framework:

- 100% remote work
- Australian Timezone
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week


Requirements:

- Spoken and written English proficiency
- Experience in social media management
- Data driven
- Creatives experience
- Excellent understanding of Zoho
- Canva experience
- shopify experience
- AI experience (chat gpt or Rea.pro)
- Meta suite experience
- Has run and manages Meta Ad campaigns
- Microsoft excel experience
- Data driven
- Has experience working with the Australian market
- Strong multitasking skills
- Energetic and fast-paced work ethic
- Communicative and enthusiastic personality
