Marketing Manager with strong knowledge Google Ads

We're looking for a marketing manager for our service chain linked to Google Ads advertisers, so a good experience of this tool and its issues is required.
In addition, we need someone who is familiar with marketing channels such as Telegram, Reddit, Quora, Instagram and others to link to our channel.
The person will have to prepare posts on social networks, organize product placements, do marketing automation with other partners.
A strong sense of organization is required to be able to report to us and get organized, as there's a lot that hasn't been done yet.
In addition, the person will need to be resourceful enough to find ways of growth hacking, perhaps to increase our community.
We need someone who's available at least 3 hours a day, and who's not afraid to train with me on this subject.
