Key Responsibilities:
Managing & Following Up with Leads in CRM: Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to convert prospects into clients.
Mass Lead Follow-Up: Implement strategies for mass lead follow-up initiatives to maximize outreach and engagement.
Business Development, Outreach & Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative campaigns and outreach strategies to attract new business and expand existing client relationships.
Etc: Perform additional marketing and sales tasks as needed to support overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Very Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Experience with marketing software and tools for CRM, email campaigns, social media management, and graphic design.
