To manage the master data management of the company, ensuring accuracy and integrity of such data. This role is the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and members relating to, but not limited to, supplier sales and promotional data, private label data, GTIN information, marketing programs, and member procurement data. This role also encompasses the ownership of internal reporting and issue resolution relating to these areas of responsibility. Effective communication internally between the Office and Distributor members, as well as externally with Suppliers, is critical.
General Duties
Manage the master data management company
Liaise with suppliers to update information in the MDM company
Liaise with members on issue resolution when required
Update and maintain master information
Participate in discussions relating to Best Of the Best and Grow and Go programs and update information in MDM
Ensure accuracy of presented data
Ensure accuracy of reports
Any ad hoc duties as and when required
Ability to work to tight timelines
Other duties as required.
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledge of Dynamics Nav/ Business Central an advantage
Familiarity with using Config Packages
Strong Communication Skills Written and Oral
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Ability to Work Autonomously
Positive attitude
Excellent personal presentation skills
