JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our fulfillment team, focusing on daily operational tasks to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leveraging expertise in SPS Commerce, EDI systems, and familiarity with Shopify and ERP platforms. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics while acting in alignment with our core values: Be Empathetic, Be Disruptive, Be Agile, Be Open, Be Kind, Be Responsible, and Be Better Than Yesterday.

Job responsibilities:
- Accurately process and monitor incoming orders through SPS Commerce, and third-party fulfillment systems, including Deliverr, GoodCang ERP, and Amazon.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate system updates and proactive communication of stock availability to customers.
- File claims for undelivered packages, returns, and refunds, collaborating with carriers and maintaining detailed records.
- Generate shipping labels for returns and ensure proper documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service and returns, to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
- Identify and prevent potential fraudulent orders by implementing security measures.
- Support the integration and optimization of Shopify and ERP systems for improved operations.
- Monitor fulfillment processes to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of ideas for efficiency enhancements and stay informed about industry best practices.
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status and address concerns.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies to improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Other job duties related to the role as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SPS Commerce is required.
- Strong knowledge of EDI systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with Shopify and ERP platforms is a bonus.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
