Marketing Assistant

We are a small but growing injury and disability law firm started by attorneys and entrepreneurs helping people who have been injured get justice. Frankly, there’s more for us to do than ever before, and we need people who are quick learners to join the marketing team as a Marketing Assistant in a variety of capacities.

Position Overview

Do you enjoy marketing? We need an exceptional person who has a broad base in marketing that includes Web management, SEO, social media, and copywriting experience. You should be great at creating graphics using schema and be able to follow our process for creating pages to add to our website. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating marketing content such as website pages optimized for SEO, SM posts with graphics and print materials
• Create and post to SM including FB, IG, X, LinkedIn following firm protocol and schema
• Work with our Marketing Director to promote the firm in a cohesive manner consistent with overall marketing strategy
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with marketing project/campaigns
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
• Use approved techniques to help strengthen back-link profile

• Drive projects from start to end.

Here are some "bonus" qualifications that are nice but not required:
1. Past experience in a law firm (especially a personal injury firm).
2. Experience using any kind of online database software.
3. You are capable of taking constructive criticism.

We are paying between $4-8 USD per hour for this position. Following training, we do offer paid time off and US holidays. There is the opportunity for bonuses and other incentive rewards. Our typical work schedule is 8 am - 5 pm CST but we are flexible for this position. We pay bi-weekly via direct deposit.
