JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in database management, social media coordination, appointment setting, and lead nurturing? We are looking for a dynamic virtual assistant to join our team and help us manage essential business tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Database Management:

Experience in Agent Locator CRM & Follow-Up Boss
SMS, Voice broadcast and Ringless voice mail
Manage and organize leads and customer records.
Handle CRM management and ensure accurate data entry.
Maintain databases and conduct regular updates.
Analyze data and generate reports.
Integrate new data sources and ensure smooth database operations.
Oversee calendar management and scheduling.

Social Media Assistance:

Curate content for social media platforms.
Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent posting.
Optimize OMNI presence across platforms.
Handle Google Business Profile updates and management.
Manage local service ads and assist with target marketing.
Perform local SEO optimization and manage Google Pay-Per-Click campaigns.
Create and design social media banners to improve engagement.
Track and analyze analytics for social media performance.
E-mail marketing (MailChimp, Canva)
Post through Later, Hero Post, or other Social media Cakendar

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments with sellers & buyers; appointment setter
Calling Seller & Buyers Script provided
Coordinate and manage calendars to avoid conflicts.
Contact potential clients via phone, email, or social media to confirm appointments.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information.
Follow up with leads and reschedule as necessary.
Update CRM systems with appointment details.
Ensure seamless handoff to the appropriate team.

Lead Nurturing:

Execute warm calling to connect with interested leads.
Conduct prospect follow-up calls to convert potential leads into clients.
Handle client follow-up calls to build relationships and gather feedback.
Assist with creating weekly email magazines to engage and nurture leads.
Design and implement lead magnets, such as downloadable guides or exclusive offers, to capture email addresses and grow the database.


Qualifications
Proven experience in database management, CRM systems, and lead nurturing.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in appointment setting and client interactions.
Familiarity with SEO and PPC campaign
Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Computer & Internet a Must
Working in Canadian Eastern time ( EST)
