The Business Systems & Process Integration Specialist will lead the internal implementation of essential software systems (e.g., HubSpot, accounting software) and develop efficient workflows across departments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to ensure our tools and processes align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Implementation: Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of software tools, including CRM (HubSpot), accounting software, and other business systems.
Process Development: Collaborate with department leads to design, document, and implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and align with business goals.
Data Management & Analysis: Ensure data integrity across systems, generate actionable insights through analytics, and produce standardized reports to guide business decisions.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to tea
System Optimization: Continuously monitor and evaluate tools and processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Software Maintenance: Manage software installations, updates, and integrations to ensure all applications are functional and cohesive.
User Access Management: Oversee user access permissions to maintain system security and compliance.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Data Management & Backup: Ensure robust data management practices and implement reliable backup procedures.
Integration of Software Applications Facilitate seamless integration of various software applications to create a unified, efficient system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software implementation and project management, preferably with tools such as HubSpot and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of system integration, security best practices, and data management principles is highly desirable.
- Experience with the following tool(s): Zapier, Make/Integromat, CRM integration,
- Experience with Low Level Coding and SOP Development is a plus

This role is 100% work from home.
