JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced STR Operations & Guest Support Specialist to support our expanding portfolio. You will be responsible for managing daily guest communication, coordinating operational tasks, and supporting overall property management. The goal is to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency while minimizing the need for involvement from ownership.

Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Available to work on Weekends.
