JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
Sia Admissions is looking for a Marketing Associate to support the CEO in building a white-glove brand presence and executing seamless, high-quality marketing strategies. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to deliver polished materials and ensure exceptional client and audience experiences. You’ll also participate in YouTube Live sessions to monitor attendance and engagement, making you a vital part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• White-Glove Branding: Create and maintain a premium, detail-focused brand experience through strategic marketing efforts.
• Content Creation: Write compelling, audience-centered copy for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Design Excellence: Craft polished and professional marketing materials using Canva and similar tools.
• SEO Expertise: Optimize content to drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility.
• Performance Tracking: Leverage Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Video Content Production: Edit and produce polished video content using CapCut or similar tools to enhance brand engagement.
• Live Event Support: Participate in YouTube Live sessions to monitor attendance and engage with viewers.
• Campaign Management: Organize and execute campaigns using CoSchedule, ensuring every detail aligns with our white-glove standards.
• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into branding and campaign strategies.
• Project Follow-Through: Ensure all tasks and initiatives are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What You Bring:
• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields.
• Proficiency with tools like CoSchedule, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut.
• Strong writing skills to produce clear, compelling, and effective content.
• A deep understanding of SEO and its role in digital marketing success.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience managing live online events and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to collaborate directly with the CEO.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with white-glove or premium service branding.
• Familiarity with trends in high-touch marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for enhancing audience engagement during live events.
