About Us:
At LogoLife, we’re on a mission to transform education and college counseling through innovative web platforms and tools. We believe exceptional design has the power to create meaningful experiences that inspire confidence and drive results. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead the creation of both high-performing landing pages and intuitive web applications, playing a critical role in engaging users and scaling our mission.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make an impact through user-centered, visually stunning designs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design Growth-Focused Landing Pages: Create user-friendly, visually appealing landing pages optimized for conversions, driving engagement and action.
• Build Web Application Interfaces: Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for web apps, ensuring seamless user experiences and a consistent brand identity.
• Develop End-to-End User Flows: Collaborate with product teams to design, prototype, and refine user journeys across landing pages, web applications, and marketing funnels.
• Prototype and Iterate: Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively and gather actionable feedback.
• Optimize for Performance: Use A/B testing and analytics to refine designs, ensuring measurable impact on key growth metrics.
Maintain and Evolve Design Systems: Ensure a cohesive, scalable design language that aligns with brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Research and Validate: Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights that inform thoughtful, impactful designs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketers, engineers, and product managers to align designs with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web applications, and growth-driven designs.
• Versatility: Ability to switch seamlessly between designing marketing assets (landing pages) and functional, scalable web app interfaces.
• Visual and Interaction Expertise: A sharp eye for design principles like typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and engagement.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience leveraging user research, analytics, and testing to optimize designs for measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools for designing and prototyping.
• Technical Awareness: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and responsive design principles to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design solutions.

Why Join Us?

• Impact-Driven Mission: Design experiences that empower students and families to make informed, life-changing decisions.
• Growth Opportunities: Thrive in a startup environment where your contributions will shape the future of our digital platforms and design processes.
• Dynamic Team: Collaborate with a passionate team that values creativity, innovation, and purpose.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, full-time benefits, and the opportunity to grow with us as we expand our reach.
