About the Company
Kholab is a boutique branding and web design agency catering to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the US. The company is expanding into performance marketing and digital automation to meet client demands. This role is part of the first hiring round for the new digital services division.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will develop marketing content, manage design and media projects, conduct market research, and implement strategic marketing initiatives. Success will be measured by campaign performance, client retention, and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content, Design & Media
- Create website content, marketing collateral, articles, and technical documents.
- Plan and draft social media schedules for various platforms.
- Develop high-standard visual designs following brand guidelines.
- Create multimedia assets such as reels and interviews.
- Coordinate and delegate design/media projects within the creative team.
- Research, Strategy, Analytics, and Reporting

2. Conduct industry and market research to understand best practices in advertising, audience behavior, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze customer marketing efforts using analytics tools, identify gaps, and set measurable goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings, strategies, and implementation plans.

3. Publishing & Implementation
- Publish content on social media and update websites using CMS tools like Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify.
- Assist the design team with tasks and client requests while ensuring quality.

4. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Manage timesheets, reports, and deliverables.
- Take notes during meetings and summarize key points.
- Present and discuss concepts with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute ideas to management and workflows.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of design, buyer psychology, branding, and communication.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and tools.
- Proactive and effective communication skills.
