Job Description: Sales Development Representative / Cold Caller
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a passion for engaging prospects and driving sales growth through effective cold-calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100 or more cold calls using the Just Call Dialer daily to identify and qualify potential leads.
Book a minimum of 10 discovery calls per week with qualified prospects (KPI).
Maintain and update prospect information and interactions in Hubspot CRM.
Send follow-up
Leverage provided resources to optimize outreach efforts, including a curated lead list (updated biweekly with ICP and intent data), call scripts, and sales tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or sales development is a strong asset.
Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Goal-oriented with a commitment to meeting and exceeding KPIs.
