We are seeking an experienced B2B appointment setter to help generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process. You will be responsible for researching prospects, making calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients are essential. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects.
- Follow a structured script to qualify leads and set appointments.
- Maintain detailed notes on calls and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude with prospects.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Familiarity with basic sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
