Role Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships. This position is perfect for a motivated, goal-driven individual with a passion for marketing and a talent for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification & Outreach:
Research and identify potential clients who align with our agency’s services.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
Lead Nurturing:
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Present tailored marketing solutions to decision-makers.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Track progress and follow up consistently to close deals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide feedback to refine sales strategies and marketing materials.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of marketing concepts and services, such as digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
