Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help expand our network of drywall service providers. You will play a critical role in researching, identifying, and onboarding contractors and service providers to join our marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify drywall repair professionals and companies across targeted regions.
Reach out to potential service providers via
Maintain and update a database of contractor contacts and service areas.
Schedule and conduct initial conversations or interviews with potential partners.
Assist in verifying contractor credentials, reviews, and portfolios.
Provide regular progress updates and reports.
Support with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong research and communication skills.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and availability during business hours.
