JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a fast-paced and innovative brand, is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify customer service and CRM tools to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in e-commerce, social media, brand management, and administrative support, with a proactive attitude toward solving challenges and managing diverse tasks.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Support:
-Manage Shopify customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
-Utilize CRM tools like MailerLite or Brevo to manage customer interactions, send updates, and maintain records.
-Research and source cost-effective suppliers for products and packaging.
-Coordinate with suppliers and clients via email or phone to ensure smooth operations.

Social Media Management:

-Post engaging content across platforms, including Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
-Interact with followers by replying to comments, responding to story mentions, and engaging with posts.
-Build a new Facebook account presence with consistent daily posts.

Brand Management:
-Scout and hire freelancers (e.g., graphic designers, video editors) to support branding needs.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls for the team.
-Assist in managing personal shopping and styling needs for brand photo shoots.

Administrative & Personal Support:
-Maintain and update calendars with tasks, reminders, and meeting schedules.
-Research and book appointments, services, and business logistics as required.
-Provide live support during video shoots (e.g., script reading over a call).
-Handle invoices, appeal tickets, and administrative tasks related to the business setup.

Content & AI Support:

-Utilize AI tools for copywriting, email drafting, and other content generation tasks.
-Support with email campaigns and customer communication using CRM tools.

Requirements:
-Proven experience with Shopify customer service and CRM tools (e.g., MailerLite, Brevo).
-Social media management skills across Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
-Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including calendar management.
-Exceptional communication skills via email and phone.
-Proactive and resourceful in finding cost-effective solutions and managing tasks independently.
-Knowledge of using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
