We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our team and support our marketing efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, create and schedule content, respond to comments, and track analytics.
- Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns, including writing, designing, and scheduling emails to optimize engagement.
- Website Maintenance: Update websites on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, ensuring functionality, SEO, and user experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, HighLevel), set up workflows, and manage client data.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit content for emails, social media, websites, and blogs, using AI tools as needed.
- Marketing Funnels: Set up and manage marketing funnels, including landing pages and automation workflows.
- Project Management: Organize and track tasks using tools like ClickUp or Asana to ensure timely delivery.
- Research and Data Entry: Conduct research, analyze industry trends, and maintain data accuracy in tracking systems.
- Data Organization and File Management: Convert videos to other formats, transcribe scripts, organize coursework and materials into online systems, and ensure data is easily accessible.
- Client Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information securely and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Marketing Knowledge: Background in marketing, advertising, or copywriting, with a strong grasp of digital marketing principles and automation tools.
- Social Media and Website Skills: Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and maintaining websites using WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
- Email Marketing: Skilled in creating, testing, and managing email campaigns using tools like Kajabi or ConvertKit.
- CRM Management: Proficient with CRMs like HubSpot or HighLevel, including workflows, data tracking, and performance insights.
- Client-Facing Experience: Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism while managing expectations and incorporating client feedback.
- Adaptability and Learning: Eager to learn new tools and adjust to evolving project needs with a proactive mindset.
- Communication and Independence: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Project Management: Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Asana to organize tasks and maintain timelines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Reliability: Consistent access to reliable internet and power, with availability for overlapping working hours.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) and advanced targeting strategies.

Hours:
20 - 40 hours per week (part-time to full-time)

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $4–$8/hour (based on skills and experience)
- Leave Benefits: 1–2 weeks of paid vacation, depending on employment status (part-time/full-time)
