JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure an outstanding customer service experience. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support across various channels such as email, chat, and social media. Experience with Shopify and Reamaze is required for this role.

In addition, it is crucial that you handle key decisions, such as processing refunds, resolving issues with damaged orders, and providing timely updates to customers about their cases.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and social media.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and deliver excellent service.
Process orders and returns through the Shopify platform.
Use Reamaze to manage and follow up on customer inquiries.
Proactively provide advice and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle key decisions, such as refunds, compensations, and resolving issues with damaged orders, with care and accuracy.
Provide timely feedback and updates to customers regarding the status of their cases.
Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and report areas for improvement.
