Job Description: Virtual Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in administrative tasks, email marketing, automation setup, and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience with GoHighLevel, creating automation workflows, drafting email copy, and managing data in Google Sheets. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
2. Email Copywriting & Management
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional email copy for various campaigns.
• Create and schedule email campaigns using email marketing tools.
• Track and analyze email performance metrics.
3. GoHighLevel Automations
• Design and implement automation workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Maintain CRM system, ensuring all client data is up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for efficiency.
4. Google Sheets Data Management
• Create, organize, and maintain detailed Google Sheets for tracking data.
• Generate reports, summaries, and dashboards from data sets.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all documents.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel and its automation features.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging email copy.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).


Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with other CRM or project management tools.
• Experience in marketing, email campaigns, or workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

Work Hours & Compensation:
• This is a remote, part-time/full-time position (specify based on your needs).
