Must know how to do Onboarding, Customer Support, Security Freeze (Freezing or putting a Fraud alert on an Account though letters or Online thru Lexis Nexis or Sage stream, ARS and Innovis), Credit Sweep, Factual Disputing, 48 hours Collection deletion, CFPB, FTC, BBB, Attorney General. *(IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO OR HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THESE AREAS, THIS POSITISON IS PROPBLY NOT FOR YOU) Must be Knowledgeable in using Consumer Law in creating dispute letters (which are proven effective) FDCPA & FCRA. MUST know how to operate credit repair cloud. MUST have some type of experience in Social Media Management and Click funnels (Graphics Design (flyers, social media posts, banners, etc.). MUST have the ability to multitask make an ideal candidate for my virtual assistant role. Must be able to ZOOM if possible or have a WhatsApp to communicate effectively beside ph jobs messages.
