- Answer calls and provide first line response for customer end users requiring assistance with organizational computer system issues and problems.
- Create a ticket in our ticketing system and dispatch to the Technical team.
- Provide very basic support, such as account password resets.
- Prepare various reports for management at periodic times and as needed.
- Manage CEO's calendar and be a gatekeeper for phone calls to him.
- Check current tickets for existing elements and help to keep them moving through the queues for completion.
- Follow up with Customer's issues
- Follow up with Quotes given to customers
- Miscellaneous Tasks to assist management with the execution of their jobs.
Desired Skills / Attributes:
- Previous Dispatch experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, both over phone and E-mail
- Excellent communication and record keeping, and ability to work well within team environment
- Superb Organizational skills
