We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Coordinator to join our team. This remote position involves managing various HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, salary adjustments, and benefits computation.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, updating employee databases, and tracking attendance.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training, and development activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related tasks.
Collaborate with other departments for HR-related needs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
