We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads,
Key Responsibilities:
--Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting, etc.) across multiple platforms (Google Ads,
--Create and manage advertising budgets to reach target audience effectively.
--Conduct audience research to identify key customer segments and tailor advertising strategies to meet their needs.
--Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
--A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with product launches, promotions, and overall brand strategy.
--Monitor trends and industry changes to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
--Manage and optimize social media advertising for both organic and paid growth.
--Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
Job Requirements:
--At least 2 years experience in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads,
--Strong understanding of PPC advertising, display ads, retargeting, and social media marketing.
--Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure and report on campaign performance.
--Proficient in budget management and cost-per-acquisition analysis.
--Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
--Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
--Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
--Experience in the eCommerce industry (especially related to health, wellness, or consumer goods) is a huge plus.
