Customer support

We are a Swedish company and you will be answering customer emails for several different brands in different languages using the translation program Deepl.com. The questions customers often ask are, where is my delivery, my order has not arrived, my package is not as expected, I want to return my order and general questions about the brand. You will be in direct contact with agents in China who handle, package and ship the products that customers buy. Direct contact with our payment providers so that you can help customers without my help.

You as a person should be fast learner, driven, meticulous, willing to work, willing to solve the problems that come up, have patience, always be nice to the customers even if they themselves are not. You should always want to finish what you have started. You should also always be close at hand as it is a 7 days a week job, about 1-2 hours of work every day.
You should be interested and willing to learn new things because in the near future there will also be the opportunity to take on new tasks such as looking for viral products that will sell well, looking for ad videos, editing ad videos, writing ad texts, building websites, writing product texts, having contact with UGC creators and influencers.

A merit is that you have experience in these tasks but I will make sure you learn everything to perfection. You will always have a direct contact with me and my colleague via WhatsApp and can write when problems arise, but I prefer that you try to solve it first.

You will need to have worked with email customer support and Shopify.
You need to be able to work around the time 10 am-5 pm Swedish time, 1-2 hours 7 days a week.
In the near future, it will be possible to work longer hours, possibly 5-8 hours a day.
The salary is 30 SEK per hour.
