Reservation Assistant (Female Only)

Requirements:
No experience required, although preferred
Female applicants only; age 25 and over
FLUENT in English
Must be tech-savvy, responsible, and have an eye for detail
Must have a friendly or sweet voice
Proactive in communicating and handling any issues to ensure smooth operations
Must reside in Metro Manila (Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City ONLY), Cebu, Baguio City, Tagaytay, Davao City, or Iloilo City
American accent preferred (neutral accent also considered)
Stable internet connection with a backup option
Available for graveyard shift: 1:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PST)
Note: The hours are open for discussion and can be adjusted to 8 hours. However, this would require us to hire two individuals for the role.
Available six days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. You can choose your preferred day off.
Must have a designated working area

Your Responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails, and texts with a friendly approach
Assist with making reservations for our clients
